HEDIS / Stars Gap Closures

Our quality improvement product suite leverages Centauri analytics and data integration capabilities, to identify HEDIS and Star care gaps, prioritize interventions, and inform Provider P4P programs. The Centauri Ascent can operate independently, or integrated with the Centauri Risk Adjustment products to create a single view of member data and artifacts.

Quality Analytics – Provider Dashboards

The Centauri Ascent Quality suite includes a set of provider dashboards, identifying intervention opportunities rapidly.

Provider dashboards can be viewed both on an absolute basis, and adjusted for the relative scores of similar providers in similar situations.

Provider dashboards can include both quality and risk adjustment data, so that interventions with providers will have meaningful impact across both Quality and Risk Adjustment initiatives.
