SCOTTSDALE, AZ (July 5, 2022) – Centauri Health Solutions was honored as one of the fastest-growing, innovative, and impactful startup companies in Arizona at an awards ceremony in Scottsdale on June 30. AZ Inno, the state’s main news source for information on the startup community, presented Centauri with its inaugural Inno Fire Award as the winner in the Healthcare/Biotech category.
Based in Scottsdale and launched in 2014, Centauri has become one of the nation’s fastest-growing healthcare technology and services companies. Centauri has over 200 associates based in Arizona, who are among a nationwide network of 1,600 associates.
“Centauri is honored to receive one of the inaugural Inno Fire Awards from AZ Inno and the Phoenix Business Journal,” said Adam Miller, Centauri’s CEO. “We’re proud to be recognized for our growth and innovation over the past year, including our acquisition of Secure Exchange Solutions, which strengthens our ability to make the healthcare system work better for our clients, while providing greater support to individuals in need in our communities.”
Fire Awards were also presented in three other categories: Software, Female Founders, and Inno Picks. Honorees were chosen based on submitted nominations that highlighted company milestones achieved over the past 12 months, including information on funding rounds, market share data, employee growth, and future expansion plans.
“Since we launched AZ Inno in 2021 to give more exposure to Arizona’s startup ecosystem, we have been pleasantly surprised to see how many different startup sectors are thriving, from edtech to fintech or healthtech, and more,” said Greg Barr, Editor in Chief, AZ Inno and Phoenix Business Journal. “The winners and finalists in our first annual Inno Fire Awards are a testament to the diversity of the state’s startup scene and its immense potential.”
AZ Inno, powered by the Phoenix Business Journal, is part of the American Inno network, a collection of over 44 digital media and event platforms focused on local innovation.
Centauri and the other 2022 Inno Fire Award winners are featured in a special Phoenix Business Journal supplement, published on July 1.
