Michele Darnell

Michele Darnell is a healthcare technology executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience. She joined Centauri Health Solutions following its acquisition of Secure Exchange Solutions, where she served as Co-Founder and President. Under her leadership, Secure Exchange Solutions became a trusted leader in clinical interoperability, AI-driven data insights, and secure communications. In her role as Chief Growth Officer at Centauri, she leads national growth strategies across payer, provider, and partner ecosystems.
Earlier in her career, Michele held senior executive roles at leading technology firms, directing global sales, business development, and strategic partnership initiatives for organizations such as Compusearch Software Systems, BridgeForward Software, and New Era of Networks (NEON).
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University–Commerce and is an active mentor in the HIMSS National Capital Area Mentorship Program, where she shares her passion for connecting data, technology, and people to improve healthcare.
