Associates conduct ongoing check-ins and help them locate documents critical to supporting their application for healthcare coverage.
Field Services & Community Outreach
While the application process often starts while the patient is still in the hospital, many individuals are unable to complete the process and require some type of assistance post-discharge. We maintain a staff of skilled individuals who are responsible for working with patients and their families in all types of community settings. Additionally, we have experience working with homeless individuals.
Technology
Our proprietary, cloud-based software effectively screens 100% of client's self-pay patients for multiple payor programs.
We screen and process through to final disposition – powered by a rules-based program eligibility calculator with processing logic – and a pre-mapped library of applications and forms.
